Puppies
are guaranteed healthy
at the time of sale
only, subject to
the conditions herein.
It is mutually agreed
and understood by
the purchaser and
the seller that other
than the aforementioned
guaranty, the seller
makes no warranties,
expresses or implied.
Buyers expressly
disclaim all warranties,
expressed or implied.
Buyers expressly
waive any right buyer
may have to demand,
as against seller,
a recession or resolution
of this sale, or
a reduction of the
purchase price, or
replacement of the
puppy for any reason whatsoever.
The guaranty of health
of the puppy at the
time of sale only
mentioned above will
be null, void and
deemed to be waived
by the purchaser
if the following
terms are not complied
with:
- Puppies
must be examined
by a licensed veterinarian
within forty-eight
(48) hours after
purchase at purchaser's
expense. Examination
must include a
stool check for
parasites.
- If
the purchaser's
veterinarian finds
cause for return
of the puppy for
a health reason,
seller must be
informed within
forty-eight (48)
hours of purchase.
Seller's veterinarian
shall be allowed
to examine the
sold puppy. We
do not guarantee
the size of puppy
only educated guesses.
Telling you how
big your puppy
will be is like
telling you how
big your child
will be when he
or she becomes
a grown adult.
- Provided
both seller's
veterinarian
and purchaser’s
veterinarian
agree that there
is a reasonable
cause for return
of the puppy
due to health
reasons which
existed at the
time of purchase,
and further,
provided that
the puppy has
been properly
cared for in
purchaser's possession,
seller has the
option within
forty-eight (48)
hours from the
time of both
veterinarians
agreement to
refund purchase
price or replace
the puppy originally
purchased as
soon as possible
from one of the
next litter.
- Purchaser
shall have no right
to demand refund
of purchase price
and hereby agrees
to accept replacement
of the sick puppy
if seller chooses
to replace sold
puppy.
- If
the puppy dies
with in forty-eight
(48) hours of purchase,
purchaser must
have an autopsy
performed at Diagnostic
Laboratory, at
purchaser's expense
to determine the
cause of death.
Puppy will be replaced
(or the purchase-price
refunded at seller's
option), only if
the death was caused
by an illness which
puppy had prior
to the time of
sale , providing
all the terms of
1, 2, 3, and 4
of this contract
are complied with.
